I'm using an Athlon 64 3500+ processor, a GeForce 7600GT graphics card, but that really doesn't matter because the game ran perfectly on all the same hardware before I reinstalled it, so I know for a fact that the hardware is not the problem. All I can do is alt-tab out and close it.
I can move the mouse around and hear noises in the background occasionally, but I can't actually get anything to happen. However, now, it'll load the cinematic for the developers, then it'll go to the small loading screen with the little animation of outlines of soldiers, then it goes to the big slash page of the soldiers in the helicopter.and it will stay there forever and ever. Then I had to uninstall it, and I reinstalled it a day later. I had Rainbow 6: Vegas, which I got off Steam, for a long time and it worked just perfectly. Alright, since Ubi.com is impossible to actually log into, and thus useless for any kind of help, and Steam doesn't do tech support for third party software, hopefully I can get this problem fixed here.īasically, it's like this.
